This is in my file from 9/6/97:

BOSTON -(Dow Jones)- Ancor Communications Inc. (ANCR), a maker of
networking products, and three of its former and current directors are
the target of a stockholders' suit, Boston law firm Shapiro Haber & Urmy
LLP said Friday.
The law firm said the suit, which seeks class action status, was
filed on behalf of buyers of the company's stock between May 15, 1996,
and March 14, 1997.
The law firm said the suit alleges the defendants misrepresented a
supply contract, the acceptance of Ancor's products, the adequacy of
reserves to cover product returns and the company's revenue in the
fourth quarter of 1996.
