I thought it was a rhetorical question. They probably downgraded until INPR proves itself. Like most people, it's a 'wait and see' attitude.

That was the easy thing to do after they seemingly missed their (Van Kasper's) Q3 earnings. The operative words are "their opinion". INPR simply did not meet Van Kasper's expectations so Van Kasper is taking the position that INPR will never meet anyone else's.

Now I ask you does that mean that INPR will not succeed in the future?
