$5.5 million in cash at 9/30

Cash burn continued this year at a rate of $3 million per quarter.

Inventory of $3.5 million on hand--If not converted, then this company may be a goner within 6 months.

I sent email to Mission to see when their NXT speakers would actually be in stores. They said around the beginning of the year. Since they are part of the Verity group, they have a big head start so I would expect that all of the other licensees listed at www.flatspeaker.com would not follow for at least six months.

Of course the Gekko speakers are available now. Their dealer list wasn't very big and has been replaced with an 800 number but they seem to be making progress. They're advertising heavily in the Home Theater magazines (nice ads) and they finally have the 425 art options online at artgekko.com. This dog may have fleas, but it ain't dead yet!
