This is actually great news, the conversion rate is FIXED at $.75/share, namely the whole $1 MM investment will increase the number of shares by only 1.333 million shares. B.C. outdid himself on this deal. Zeev

Robert, they may have to issue a clarification to the clarification:' All investments by Qingdao Asia-Pacific Motorcar Co. Ltd. are in US dollars and the purchase of the Series B Convertible Preferred stock directly relates to the scheduled budgeted investment of $3 million dollars US in China by the China joint-venture Partner to the benefit of the joint-venture company, . Does that mean that the $1 MM dollar contemplated to be invested in GOE actually all goes to the Joint Venture? Zeev
