TO anyone seriously considering the feasibility of a clean up
and reverse merger:

The first step is absolutely necessary and it's straight forward.

DO THE MATH

1) $300,000 shell value divide by 89,000,000 shares equals $0.0033 per share.

2) Multiply $0.0033 times the number of shares you bought in MTEI equals
your share of the merger.

3) The value (the value of your investment) obtained above divided by
the share value of the new company equals the number of shares you now
own in the new company.

EXAMPLE;

1) Merger value of MTEI share $0.0033

2) $0.0033 times 10,000 MTEI shares owned = $33.00

3) $33.00 divided by new share price = number of new shares owned.

If new share price is $0.25 then $33.00 divided by $0.25 = 132 shares in
new company.

Two questions at this point:

* How much must the NEW company increase in value to return your
original investment?

* How much can you afford to contribute to accomplish this?

This is part of the math that makes investors walk away and lets the perpetrators
win.

Oh!
Are you angry yet?
