What leads you to believe this? Jun/98, Float, 10 million -- short interest, 8.7 million Oct/98, Float, 13 million -- short interest, 7.3 million --------------------------------------------------------- where is the "invisible" 4 million shares? p.s. pls see next post for float calculation.

Float calculations: Jun 1, 98, 10 million float (a known fact) From Jun 1 to Sept 30: 1. B&T sold 350K shares 2. Other insiders sold 250K shares 3. KP distributed/sold one million shares directly 4. KP distributed/sold one million shares indirectly 5. Doerr distribu/sold 1.1 million shares indirectly ----------------------------------------------------- The float increased approx.(min.) 3 million shares. therefore, 13 million as float as of sept/oct. p.s. see next post for current float update
