Looks like a good find. And the idea looks interesting. The NI in the last quarter was likely from interest income and business being divested. The $41M price is subject to further audit and negotiation, but one would think the initial DD was decent, and the price should not drop more than 5 to 10%. The largest question is what kind of startup costs will the new venture incur, including capital expenditures, marketing, lincensing and royalties, inventory, etc. Tough to think more than $10M, which would make this a great play. Hope it doesn't gap to much at the open. Management seems good at getting top dollar for divestures. But quite a change in strategic direction.

28,000 shares logged in the preopening market. That's large for a daily flow for CUST, but there may still be some satisfactory entry points before the masses discover CUST.

Do your own Due Diligence.
