Brian,

This information was first provided by Saviorman who I thought was well informed regarding Singapore inside happenings. I guess he could be wrong.

If he is wrong and the bill is already signed then I think CREAF management has lost any shred of credibility they may have had. They clearly indicated their desire to begin purchasing shares "immediately" (their words not mine) after receiving shareholder approval.

<I don't subscribe to this theory...>

So do you believe that they have already started buying back shares??

This whole thing is become a circus....not the kind of act WS likes to see.

As I posted earlier (and have been correct so far), I think we will se continued weakness in CREAF until their is evidence that CREAF is putting their money where there mouth is. Whether or not their hands are tied, I really don't know. One thing I do know is that WS does not like uncertainty.

Volume was way too low today to indicate any buy back happening. As far as I know, CREAF is waiting for the presidential signature. If true, he is the only person in the world standing between CREAF and its first ever buy back. What is his agenda? Why is he delaying?
