May I suggest another SEEK strategy? Hold your stock long, but purchase Nov 35 puts. They're trading for about a buck a contract.
Then if the stock dives, you make your money on the puts without sacrificing the stock itself. Your investment into the puts is minimal.. and odds are, you can get out of it close to what you put into it unless stock really soars.. at which point you are covered by the stock itself.
