I had more Draconian type punishments in mind but oh well <g>

RE: the lawsuit - I thought it was a non-factor then, and I think its resolution is a non-factor now. If $125,000 makes or breaks Ancor we are in trouble anyways... The only people that made significant money on that deal was the laywers. This type of frivilous suit has to stop. Mabye Jesse can impose some law to curtail frivilous lawsuits <G>

There is a lot more to ANCRs current run than the termination of that ridiculous suit. My guess is that we find the real reason within 2 weeks..

Craig,

Still watching from time to time but this board has lost a lot of its entertainment value for me. Now its more like an 8th grade science experiment, ie will it or won't it grow? And by how much?

I hope this company gets bought out (at a decent price) so that all of you can get real lives. :-)
