I'm not at all disheartened by the cc. I believe an agreement with a major OEM is imminent. I wish Webpilot2, Wannabe and Dennis Roth would come over to SI and quit posting on Yahoo they have to much talent and knowledge to be critisized constantly by those who know less! Wannabe I for one enjoy your thought provoking articulate post's! I will continue reading Yahoo because there is quality information to be gleaned from those in the know!

Good luck to ULBI longs! Hoping also for Valance success as one will perpetuate the other!

On the middle of page 10 of 10-Q it says "the Company spent $1,232,000 of cash for capital additions for production equipment and facilities improvements." Where does this this expense show up on page 4? Battery Cost or Research and Development or where? If they don't spend this next quarter wouldn't it make them look a lot more profitable?
