I'd sure hate to be paying for a T1 and not be getting good bandwidth. Hope you solve the problem. Rick, Thanks. I'm getting bandwidth, lot's of it. What I'm not getting is a quick connection to my merchants. Instead, I'm hopping across backbones and through MAE-East and MAE-West ad nauseum. And then returning home via a different route each time. It's like I'm driving alone on a 16 lane highway to nowhere, then constantly having to exit onto big wide streets with a lots of traffic lights in order to get onto other more trafficked highways, the highways where the merchants I want have set up shop. As for your problem, part of me thinks you might do better (absent DSL) by establishing an ISDN to a local ISP with UUNET/Sprintlink access). Who knows what is going on with MSN. Gary Korn
