The best news about the rumours IMO is the 1st quarter volume shipping apsect of Banshee 2 - avenger, whatever. This falls in line with the 6 month OEM cycle they discussed but I wasn't sure they could meet it. TDFX seems to have the ability to hold decent margins on their OEM part. Gateway can sell a lot of Banshees all by its' lonesome. With Quantex and a few others, TDFX can put a lot of cards out there on a pretty consistent basis. Hopefully, this will smooth out the sales volatility and make revenues/earnings growth somewhat more predictable. Predictability and consistency are two important factors that institutions look at when evaluating a position. I miss those 25,000 share blocks across the tape every now and then. Joe C.
