Of Bulls n' Bears n' Balls! Hmmmm.... November 30th close eh!? Hmmmmm ..... only 15 trading days away eh!? Hmmmmmm.....end of the month you say eh!? November too eh!? Hmmmmmmm.....Dead cat bounce off the rail at C$1.85 yesterday eh!? Hmmmmmmmm....Shorts on the climb eh!? (Sounds like a wedgie comin') Hmmmmmmmmm..... A TV with guts eh!? (I wonder if they are solid state or tubes!?) Welllll. Sounds like things could be pretty GRIZZLY at months end (growl), so even though I'm very HORNY (snort, snort, paw paw) over this little market jewel, I say worse before better. Even though its natural cousins are beginning to hibernate, the paper GRIZ stalks the land running amok among the market lemmings, chasing the whole lot over the cliff, all the way to the bottom where he (Griz Bar) is headed for a lemming lunch feast on all those warm fuzzy little bodies heaped at the bottom. He will eventually devour too much, give a great belch and then keel over from indigestion and hopefully fall into in a long hibernation sleep. BUT! That won't happen before month end. So.....one more for the BEARS. The above opinion includes certain "Forward-Looking Statements" within the meaning of section 2bS(e)En of the North American Investors Exchange Act of 1929, as amended by the concrete sidewalk. All statements, including statements of historical fact or rumor, included herein or not, including without limitation or bias, statements regarding potential mineralization and reserves and estimates and guesstimates, exploration results or lack of results and future plans and objectives or fantasies of "Kimberlite Rumors Korporation" ("Krok"), are forward-looking statements and opinions that involve various risks and uncertainties. We provide every assurance that such statements or opinions will prove to be accurate, and actual results and future events will likely differ materially from those anticipated in such statements or opinions. Important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from Kroks' expectations are minutely disclosed in the illegible fine print under the heading "Risk Factors" and elsewhere in Kroks' documents filed from time to time, but usually only when threatened with delisting, with the Vegas Stock Exchange, the Caymans Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory authorities who we usually ignore. Krok reserves the right, as granted by the Commissioner Patrick Laflamm to sway from these statements and up until thirty seconds before the close on November 30, 1998 assume a diametrical position from the above statement and opinion and still be correct in upholding the interests of its shareholders. THE VOLATILE STOCK EXCHANGE HAS REVIEWED AND DOES ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INADEQUACY OR INACCURACY OF THE RELEASE OF THIS STATEMENT AND OPINION. L8er Regards, TAZGRIZ
