CBS SPORTSLINE, CNET, THE ASSOCIATED PRESS AND OVER 50
WEB PUBLISHERS JOIN iSYNDICATE TO BUILD THEIR AUDIENCE,
REVENUES AND BRANDS

11/09/98 -- SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- Fifty additional Internet publishers have chosen
iSyndicate's web syndication services to build their audience, revenues and brands.
Content producers use syndication to greatly increase the number of locations where
audiences can access their content. The publishers to recently join iSyndicate include
AccuWeather, American Banker, Associated Press, CBS Sportsline, CNET, PC World
Communications, The Industry Standard, Internet Wire, The Sports Network,
TheStreet.com, U-Wire and Zacks. See the complete list of new partners below.

Syndication is a proven method for extending the PC World Online brand and driving
traffic to our network of web sites," said Thomas Gewecke, Publisher of the PC World
Technology Network. "By partnering with iSyndicate, we have a turnkey set of services
for reaching hundreds of sites. iSyndicate allows us to focus on creating great content
without having to worry about the details of syndication - including distribution, tracking,
reporting and support."

iSyndicate offers hundreds of content products in areas such as breaking news,
product reviews, stock quotes, columns, sports scores, comics, feature articles, games,
weather, photos, audio, video, newsletters, charts, tutorials and tools. Available content
spans a broad range of categories including business, finance, technology, sports,
lifestyle, and health.

Earlier today, iSyndicate announced that it has secured $3 million in funding from
leading venture capital firms with strong ties to traditional media. "With its new financial
backing and media partners, iSyndicate is in an excellent position to establish itself as
the one-stop shop for content for web sites. Zacks Investment Research is pleased to
participate in this new marketplace and to work with iSyndicate to further expand the
market for licensed Zacks Investment Research content," said Chris Paladino, Zacks'
Associate Vice President of Internet Business Development.

iSyndicate aggregates content directly from partner Web sites, filters and packages the
information into standard formats, and distributes the content to customers and
affiliates that have subscribed to pre-defined streams of information. iSyndicate's
services are completely web-based, alleviating the need for publishers to invest in
expensive software or complicated server technologies. The Company offers
distribution opportunities through the network of over 5000 customers and registered
affiliates to which iSyndicate delivers cutting-edge news and feature content. "The
Associated Press looks forward to working with iSyndicate to further expand the
distribution of our award winning news and photographs on the Internet," said Jim
Robertson, Manager of Corporate Licensing.
