I have trouble living with the semantics of "The office building and laboratory facilities ... will conduct research and development...." And I presume that a "trounch" is a "tranche." I'd like to think that Bill's knowledge of Chinese exceeds his knowledge of English and French, but I know that's not realistic. What I really hope is that he gets enough money together to get someone in his office who knows how to write, and _soon_. Bo could at least put two sentences together without provoking 10 posts debating how to construe them. I've volunteered my ability to edit, but Bill tells me that the lawyers won't permit it (the reasons have something to do with the SEC). So we're probably doomed to a series of clarifications of clarifications until there's somebody on-site who can get the pen out of Bill's hands. =+=+=Norm PS--"pen" is literal. Bill steadfastly refuses to learn how to work on the computer, and, as anybody knows who has received a letter from him, he can't type, either.
