Yeah, right. I always cook rib chops in a hotel! Where do YOU leave? Don't you have a concierge in your building? I live in a building that has 670 apartments and 24 hour service. In Nebraska. Techie, You made my night. I somehow felt you were not cooking rib chops in a hotel. I have never been in an apartment building with a concierge. I live in a town with about 670 houses, 6 hour service and it is in the mountains of PA. If you mention the word concierge, the neighbors would think you are foreign.
