AOL has saved my portfolio after that nasty selloff!
Second tier, I like DCLK.
EGGS was really great when it was moving.
I follow a little stock that goes very ballistic from time to time,
Alpha Microsystems: alphamicro.com
Another possible undiscovered play is Data Broadcasting (dbcc), through their association with the upcoming CBS Marketwatch IPO.
But for just plain old earnings visibility, I'll take EBAY!!

Dennis,

You may want to check out BKS (Barnes and Noble) as a substitute buy for AMZN - they're really starting to hit AMZN hard and their market capital is only a fraction. In addition, Xmas is coming up which favours these stocks.

Also, CMGI (internet venture cap.) which is considered top-tier by some (at least second-tier) is taking a rest stop after a run-up and could easily roar up if any of it's ipo's are hinted at.

Hope this helps,

M
