To All...
thinking out loud here...as i'm sure lots of us are, worrying and wondering what can happen to us magic rats on Wednesday...

1) there will be no positive earnings...but then, no one expects them
2) there will be no negative news... if there were, i think it would have surfaced by now, quiet period or no.
3) the cash burn rate MAY actually be better than anticipated, due to earlier product launch and accompanying drop in maintenance expenses offset by "nominal" revenues
4) either in the report or in the conference call, some mention will be made of the (possibly) imminent successful completion of trials at a telco, and of other pending deals ala Intuit.....
5) I am not a technician, but the little I do know looks good...13-day EMA crossed 50-day EMA today... MACD fast line crossed slow line almost at center point....stochastics showing not over- or under-sold...traded almost 4 times average daily volume today..... up 3 times over yesterday's... today closed above the resistance we've seen at 7 since late August....
6) continuing positive reviews in the press in re Portico
7) Markman (Stevie-Baby, mah hero!) on CNBC tomorrow.....

All this admittedly seen darkly thru a hope-colored glass, but.... if there are no absolute bombshells between now and day after tomorrow, we could see something start to happen in a BIG way!

Stephen, I think you have it down pretty good. That is the way I see it as well.
