Way off by a mile or at least a month. Jim : Like you said this Ashok 'CYA' Kumar guy seems to be losing it. They tell me he is basing his 'forecast' on IDC Q3 data which of course does not include October sales.So in order to compensate for this lack of data for the month he must be using some sort of formula to come up with an arbitrary number and we all know how accurate that is going to be. I also think his forecast of 2 million units for Dell will most likely be wrong,though his ASP number could be close. Have you any opinion on this?
