Fine. But what I wanna know is where did PMD get $7,000,000? Maybe NEWCO is going to borrow money? The release says that there WILL be $7,000,000 in working capital; you and I think that that implies that the money exists now, but does it? How are the companies calculating Working capital? Is there more than one way? Does the working capital include PMD's $2,000,000 investment in Indico Technologies (IND.A)? Palmer's investment in Triband? I don't know. I'll ask tommorow.
