Paul, you're crazy. If the board didn't agree to sell SGI at the end of last year for $18, why in the world would they do so now ? The company is in much stronger position: seasoned management team, spun off MIPS and Cosmo, cut expenses, improved manufacturing & inventory control, Origin servers growing at 25-30%; finally, it's on the cusp of introducing NT workstation and faster microprocessor upgrades. If the NT workstation is a success, the stock will easily go to $40 in 6 months.
