Gary, The Palms. Great steaks, sawdust an inch deep on the floor (at least in NYC), and outrageous prices. For steaks in LV, I always eat at the Steakhouse inside the Circus Circus, as I will be doing about 8 PM Wednesday evening. So as to be able to talk, and hear each other, what about a corner of the famous Harley Davidson Cafe, or even take over the second floor. The food and ambiance is casual (just-off-the-highway fare), but great. And we will blend right in with all of our XO T-shirts! And it is only about a block or so down the Strip from the Big Lion.
