All you have to do is see one of the big boys trade around you, or refuse to take your order (which happens almost on a daily basis to either me or someone in the same room) and you know they are not interested in fair market value...especially if they are on the wrong side of the trade. What pisses me off the most is that the regulatory agencies sit and watch. Maybe they will do something this time, but I ain't holding my breath. Thanks for the link, your point is well taken. BAWK!

purething--I love this part: <<NEW YORK (AP) - A federal judge today approved a $1.03 billion class-action settlement between 37 brokerages and investors who alleged they were cheated by the firms in a price-fixing conspiracy involving Nasdaq-listed stocks. The firms denied any wrongdoing.>> I know I would drop a billion in a law suit if I was innocent. Maybe they settled to preserve their reputations, funny though how paying out a billion kind of makes them look guilty. My opinion is that they should have to pay far more and some jail time (and banning from ever working in the market again) is called for. All the Best Druss
