Bill,

Fascinating. I have seen many cases where overt lies were told on Internet message boards, usually by individuals hiding behind psuedonyms. This is the first time I've seen a company issue a formal press release containing false information that is so easily confirmed as false. It is either extremely audacious or astonishingly stupid - I wonder which.

I wonder if Sweet Factory will bring any action against AZNT, and if they don't, if the SEC will. Could any of the posters here who are familiar with securities laws tell us what the penalties are for issuing public announcements of nonexistent deals?

Steve

Bill, thanks for confirming my post. Yesterday was an important day for this thread. Spugs asserted many times that KV owns the Sweet Factory, yet the VP I spoke with had never heard of him. He had heard of KV's boss.

Spugs was given several opportunities to verify the information and did not for some reason...and even tried to use the "old 10K routine"
which failed him miserably. If he read the 10K, he is aware there is a going concern statement for RETN, yet he continued to assert that KV
owns the company and purchased the 250 stores in October. He added his normal LOL's of course.

While this thread spends too much time on everything but fundamentals, it eventually leads everyone back to fundamentals. The press release
made it very clear that 250 stores would be carrying this product, yet the VP of the stores says NO.

Sweet Factory denies the release issued by AZNT, and denies the ownership issue. To understand how this all ties up, review the directors name's.

Equally important, you will note complete silence from Spugs regarding the stores not carrying ToN. He spoke with "the owner" yesterday, yet always switches the posting away from a basic fundamental point of how product is being sold, to his normal squeeze focus, as he did on RMIL, TVSI, FAMH,AWLT...

Spugs stood shoulder to shoulder yesterday with KV, asserting that KV owns the stores. He chose his side no matter the information available, as he has in the past...

Thanks for your post, Steve. I wouldn't expect a reasonable answer from Antibash—you probably don't either. As far as lies are exposed, I did speak with a company officer at Sweet Factory, Tuesday afternoon.

The executive preferred to not be directly quoted at this time as Sweet Factory's legal counsel was currently reviewing the matter. He did inform me, however, that Amazon's press release regarding matters with Sweet Factory is false, and the assertion by Spider Valdez that Sweet Factory is owned by Vander Keller is also false.
