In the shorter term, CPU released numbers today. Do you expect that they may influence the CPU stock price further, or have been the numbers (Shr Q: 9 cents, same store sales bits down) within estimates? C.

Bill, I agree on the CPU pick. However looks like it will take it to play out a little longer than expected. I am also long AMD and HLYW. Would be interested to hear your opinion on them. AMD is rapidly gaining market share, on one hand, and catching up to INTC processors speed , on the other. HLYW stores are growing like mushrooms everywhere. Only in the area, where I live, they have opened 2 new stores during the past year. Besides their purchase of the Reel.com gives them an extra edge.

Bill, While on the subject of retailers, do you have a feel for BBY (Best Buy). I still have a few hundred shares courtesty of a (recently fired) family broker. It's taken a nice hit lately, along with most other retailers, and hasn't bounced back. I also know they are really pushing their computer department, to the point where I believe they may be taking market share from other retailers in the same markets. Would you hold or sell in order to buy more CPU? Any thoughts? mg
