JDN, here's a quick rundown on Zmax... 52 wk hi - lo 2 5/8 - 11 current px 4 Besides Tava, Zmax has alliances with EDS, Hewlett Packard, Hitachi, Wang Federal... among others. Client list includes Alliance Capital, Lockheed Martin, Lehman Brothers, Washington Gas, State of New Jersey, State of NY, Westchester Health Care, Bessimer Trust, HUD, SEI Investments, State of California Insurance Fund, Columbia University among others. Shares 2 directors with Mastech, chairman is the former president of Cap Gemini, pretty impressive BOD and management. The stock, however, has not been impressive (to say the least). Maybe it's turned? My portfolio certainly hopes so. good luck
