NO ONE has to believe in me for anything (I'd rather you didn't to be honest). I have not worked for AWLT since August 1998, and have not been paid for longer then that. My father and I are no longer speaking anyway.

As for a judge, there is nothing he can do as far as I am concerned, I was the webmaster, its like saying our former sect. had any more knowledge. I was never informed of anything and did not want that information either.

To be quite honest at this point I don't care what happens to AWLT. They may come out of all this just fine, its just Chapter 11, only time will tell; but no matter what (sadly to say) I don't care.

Haven't been here for awhile... just waiting, but to believe that Matt had anything to do with the c11 status of this co is really speaking out of the back side of personal arrogance....

While Matt has always had a bit of a tough spot for the posters here on si, it's obvious he never really knew a lot of the details of Araldica's operation and finances anyway. Besides, he's not an "officer" of the company, ie, those that are officially responsible for the operation of it.

Even if he is the owners son, he's still limited in scope to his duties and responsibilities as an employee. The fact that his dad had a hand in it, shouldn't make him any more or less responsible for the official standing of the company in the public's eyes, except for maybe generating a little positive PR on the side in his off-duty time.

Now, if he was an officer/director, as stated in the company's corporate records, then his liability to the company and accountability to the shareholders would assume a totally different perspective. While being the webmaster, he was responsible for the design, creation, and promotion of the site within his ability on the world wide web, however, others above him made the decisions as to what was sold, how, and when it was offered for sale.

Essentially, he assumed the role of an in-house advertising agency as an employee of the company, separate from the rest of the company's operations.

Either way, I think Frank's made his point wrt the c11 filing, and Matt's just had to go his own way because of lack of funds.

Making the following statements:
I really hope the judge could believe in you.
But if you had to be the judge, what do you believe in? Do you believe that you are only the son of the President and the company webmaster or that you had some more important role in the matter?

What are you trying to achieve Andrea?

Fuel a fire that's already burned out?

What the heck's a judges belief in Matthew got to do with the status of GII and how it affected Araldica?

Unless a lawsuit is filed and Matthew is called to testify as a witness for the claimant, his involvement in the Chapter 11 is nill.
(Chapter 11 is only a plea for governmental assistance to hold off creditors from foreclosing on assets pledged as collateral, and to limit immediate claims of relief from creditors pursuing same through the courts)

He's only been used as a whipping boy for everyone here cause he had the audacity to stick his neck out and try to find a way to help... unfortunately, it only backfired on him as time went on.

Brian....
(yes... call me to the stand too... I'd love to visit New York in the winter. need another reason to go visit friends in canada anyway)

PS: Hey big ap! Ned! oh... you too Matt!
