A couple of things that also make us feel more comfortable are....

1) A class act accounting firm ,which really has not been spoken
about...
2) A revenue stream which is beginning to fall in place....
3) Discussion of poision pill...which I am sure that has some-
thing to due with new accounting firm,in preparing them
for the future of the growth of this company...
4) New posters in all boards, people bailing out, which truly means
the bottom has formed...
5) The good thing also is that when a market has only one
supplier there is no demand,we were all 2 years early
maybe there are customers this time...
6) I firmly believe that its time to get the calendars out
7) Maybe with all the bad news out we are leading up to Large
Cap NASDQ....wouldnt that be a warm feeling

Good luck to all that have hung in this, thru thick and thin
Rewards may come to those who have been loyal!!!

Neil, FWIW, read what BS said about the Gadzoox switch:

Buy-Out still the only option....

for ancr to survive. I know of at least 3 attempts
albeit hostile to take-over/under ancr in the last 9
months but to no avail.

bcade has rebuffed some 6 attempts of BO offer.
Vixel has had no less than 2.
Gadx is a strange choice for coms considering they
have one of the worst engineering teams in the industry....
they just about blew SEG's investment on developing a switch
with nary a thing to show.... expect coms to OEM worm sw.
