PRCY insiders have been supporting the stock in the past. I would suspect that is what is happening now. They don't have to file a SEC report until 10 days after the month in which they traded, so we may not know until the middle of next month.

I think the company already mentioned the possibility of a stock repurchase plan, in lieu of a reverse split.
