I did appreciate the info. Yes I know it WAS a "country club" prison. Still, to say he "he got off" and let it stand alone without mentioning 4 1/2 years in prison would be a misleading thing to do. In cases of reversed convictions, most people usually would say the "accused" was found innocent rather than the "perp." Seems from your post that it wasn't simply a technicality that got him off, it was a determination from the evidence that he WAS innocent, and likely not a perp at all. I don't know that there will ever be any such exculpatory evidence in Mcdougals case, in fact, it's highly unlikely as a rudimentary viewing of the evidence would show. Crummy little 66 million- that's a good one. VBG-laughing...:-)
