Finally, Diablillos estimate information:

Barbara Henderson informed me yesterday that MDA is currently "tweaking" (her word, not mine) a number of components of the resource estimate, and should provide a finalized resource calculation early next week.

Although Barbara would not speak to this in more depth, I assume Barrick didn't like some of the estimation assumptions and requested revisions.

So, watch for a news release soon.

Worms in his liver you say? If he loses the case, perhaps PFG could recoup legal fees by claiming a frivolous law suit. I wonder how many others have suffered under his "loan-sharking"? Brown's not a guy to be crossed, so I'm sure that he would not have been juiced by this guy for very long. Ought to be interesting to see the outcome, in any event.
