Sounds like the situation AMD was in not long ago.

Losses every quarter and the CEO's compensation the highest in the industry. Jerry Sanders wore pin-striped suits that used the words "Jerry Sanders" to comprise the pin-stipe, company limo picks him up every day to go to work, etc, etc. Talk about shareholder disgust!!

But the stock recovered. So will VLSI.
