Knew a broker once, not a friendly business - my opinion.

They sometimes need an excuse to sell. Get them in, get them out -churn. Notice, "Kumar on Monday told his clients."

I've actually seen an ANALyst on CNBS say, "We need churn in the market." This is in mid August, before all the ups and downs. Makes me wonder.
