Whether the cross and PP are related or not doesn't concern me - $1 million of new investment is still $1 million of new investment - whether that represents a private share sale at $1.75 ps, $2, $3... - it's a nice chunk of change. It's great that Napier continues to attract both large and small investors. I hope that the person(s) who sunk all this new cash into Napier makes a killing. Waiting for the forth coming FS's - will make for a nice read. David.

Right you are Don. There is an institution in europe who wanted 1 million shares. They talk directly to the company when they want a chunk that size. Napier didn't have the shares lying around, so they got some investors who are close to the company to put together 1 million shares. This is the block trade that went through, 1 million scrounged together over to the European institution. In order to replace the shares for the "close to the company investors", Napier issued new stock to replace it. This was done as a favour to the Europeans. Napier does not need the 1 million in cash. Jason Cubit tells me that the SV-35 story is huge over in europe. They are after all more environmentally concious than North America. There are still some big bids in there. 1 bid for 50,000 @ 1.65. The financial reports are done ( in draft ) and are soon to be released. I couldn't talk Jason into sending them to me today via e-mail.
