I've had about 25 transactions both buying and selling and have had no major problems. When I bought items, they were exactly as advertised. Fortunately, I thought so much of the web cite that I bought the stock. You're right- it is buyer beware. However, ebay has a feature that you can view feedback from the seller's prior transactions. If you get burned- you leave negative feedback. If someone has negative feedback- you simply don't buy or sell to them. You can do all the regression analysis, financial analysis or least squares forecasting you want- I'm just riding the wave up and groovin' it...

Yours, Peter Best

I guess GSCO's analyst missed the course on market cap also. Amazing that they all went ballistic on the upside on these when there hasn't been any material change. Like yhoo. They come out with earnings say things will slow a little stock tanks now it is a buy..WHat a game. I wish I was an insider on these deals..Wall street is making these guys a fortune of nothing..hehe
