I didn't see the analyst on CNBC but did find the following from JP Morgan dated today.

Bullish comments by J.P. Morgan analyst Daniel Kunstler failed to
brighten shares of Sun Microsystems Inc. (SUNW) on Tuesday. Kunstler
set a new target price of $70 a share, citing Sun's business momentum and the expectation of an upside to fiscal 2000 earnings. Kunstler believes Sun's consistent earnings and robust business make the stock worthy of a higher P/E multiple compared to competitors Hewlett-Packard and IBM. Kunstler also reiterated a "buy" rating on the stock. Sun gained 2 9/16 to 64 1/2.
