Seriously now, you shouldn't exaggerate. ZPC, a relatively new poster, doesn't know you from all the tea in China. He noted you sold and so he respectfully told you to return in December when he thinks something's gonna happen. He perhaps didn't realize that you're always here even when you don't own any of the stock. I think it's obvious that a Daytrading Strategy (DS) can be contradictory with a Long Strategy (LS). For example, a DS may write with a certain convenience or advantage for position in mind; whereas an LS may do research which tends to support the longterm prospects for the company. Such a room, I think, would have been a good idea. But given that the deal is near completion, perhaps it's too late to set it up. By the way, I think Brady might have been on point when he theorized we could be bogged down in the SEC approval process. Otherwise, why aren't the ESVS proxies in the mailbox by now? It seems that timing is of the essence for that shareholder meeting.
