Len, RE:"I recall Ralph Acampora saying a few months back that Intel would have trouble crossing the 96.5 (technical) barrier. Now that it has done it, what does technical analysis predict?" ---- It suggests that 96 will become support and Intel will move higher from there. How far? Some seem to over-rate the predictive power of TA. Not me. I establish overbought and oversold levels and in the case of overbought I have to make a decision to get out or not. These levels are reached after extended drops or runups so usually there is a profit or an entry point. Right now Intel is bumping up against an "overbought" condition at 98 1/8. This will move up.
