Agree with your strategy, except that I'd buy any convincing strength from 12 1/4.

My quotes are real slow today, the bid/ask lagging. At least it keeps me out of trouble.

Is one to look at. The thread is informative. Israel based pharma, some products in production, more in pipeline, Bausch & Lomb distributes existing product. An Israeli investment firm recently took a 5% position, which probably accounts for the recent strength (relatively speaking)
