Is liquidity crunch easing? Was there one to start with?

Well if this the trend nationwide I don't know whether uncle Al will do much easing in Nov. He might say 'hey I want to see more data'.

Liquidity concern lessened in Richmond area--Owens
NEW YORK, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Liquidity concerns that were mounting several weeks ago largely appear to have dissipated, said Raymond Owens, chief economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

''By and large it seems that the conditions of a month or so ago have largely been eased at this point,'' Owens said in an interview with Reuters Television.
