Phillip: I am out of here til March 1st. I thought Allen's post was superb. For the record, I bought 10,000 IOM at 5 and 7/16s the day I began this thread, and I sold those 10,000 shares at 8 and 3/4s last Friday. Dr. Rothstein can confirm that I mentioned the sale to her during a private e-mail last Friday. I am happy with my $30,000 profit, and I sincerely believe that IOM has greater potential.

Philip,

Sorry to barge in... ask him about Toshiba...

Re: "....Yes, and it makes you wonder what is taking Sony so long with HiFD....being the great, terrific, wonderful company that it is..."

If he knows so much about Sony, then he would know how many fingers Toshiba has on Sony's HiFD.

Last I heard, Sony and Toshiba had a spat about TV and HDTV... could there be a carryover?

I'm just guessing... I'm going back to my lurking now.

Regards,
SF
