Attains Premier Level in IBM's Solution Developer
Program
Sapiens To Share IBM's Extensive Worldwide Resources for Further
Development of Its E-Commerce Business Solutions
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Sapiens International
Corporation N.V. (Nasdaq: SPNSF - news), a leading provider of mission- critical software
solutions, today announced that it has been elevated to the premier level in IBM's Solution
Developer Program, placing Sapiens among the elite Solution Providers in the world.
Moving to the premier level of IBM's Solution Developer Program offers Sapiens
incremental support and services designed to assist Sapiens in getting products to market
faster, with a lower cost of doing business. The program will also assist Sapiens in
broadening its business opportunities by helping to coordinate its technology and business
activities with IBM on a local and global scale.

of approximately 40 to have been elevated to the premier level. Sapiens was recognized
because of its success in supporting IBM customers with world class solutions. Now with
the added support provided as a member of IBM's premier level, Sapiens will be able to
strengthen these solutions and make them available to more customers worldwide. In
addition, this new support will assist Sapiens in its focus on delivering Application
Integration Solutions.
