Time will tell with this one, but a penny stock is still a penny stock. What % of penny stocks make money when compared to more expensive stocks?

I don't know the answer, but I presume there is a higher risk factor in the "unproven" companies that tend to sell their stocks under $ 1.

If all that is lacking for LGOV to get listed on the small caps in NASDAQ is the stock price, why not a reverse stock split. This is not always a positive thing to do but it would be worth it to get listed plus it would reduce the number of shares to a more desirable level.
