I'm sorry, George, what are the opinions and insinuations you refer to?

Despite last week's Election Day losses and the stunning resignation of House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee appeared yesterday to be no less eager to pursue impeachment proceedings against President Clinton.

There were no election day losses for Republicans last week? Newt's resignation was expected and no big deal? The Republican members of the Judiciary Committee are really backing off from impeachment? Or at least they're less eager than they used to be? What would your "objective" statement of the relevant "facts" be here? As opposed to the "opinions" and "insinuations" you allege? I'd quote Newt and Livingston on the matter, but you haven't given me much clue as to what you think properly "objective" reporting on the matter would be.

Cheers, Dan.
