Yosi, all of the flap over 4.9% and 5.2% might be explained if AGIS when to their broker and said "buy me $XXX worth of PARS" and the percentages worked out the way they did. Sometime we spend too much spinning our wheels trying to make things more complex than they are.
Just a thought.

If AGIS has designs upon PARS we can follow their purchases via 13G/As that they are required to file...of course we won't know till after the fact...sometimes weeks.
