As I've posted before, small shareholders eventually will use the power of the internet to get some fairness. Corporate boards continually breach their fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders. As with most deals, it's the perks that upper management can get that decides if a deal is done.

So long as this bull market continues, the small shareholder will sit back counting his profits while management runs away with the gold. At some point, this will change.

I spoke with the Phil lawyers. There's a possibility I'll be lead in the Class Action. They said they would be investigating and would be getting back to me.
