Jules,

If my calculations are correct, we are talking $.04 a quarter. A 50% appreciation in earnings over last quarter. Not too bad <g>

Jules,

I don't know about you, but I was pleasantly surprised by both the final one time restructuring charge of $1.9 Million and the $4.8 Million per year reduction in operating expenses.

The one time charge is of course just that, a one time charge and of no long term consequence. I was also very happy to see a 5 million dollar reduction in operating expenses. This news is of course coming at the same time as the financial community is reviewing Phoenix at the AEA conference. This can only be good news for the long term.

The good news for Intel this morning can only help Phoenix as well.

If they are going to beat expectations one must presume PTEC will as well with the new Award low end market.

With Comdex coming up I hope to see some of the annual announcements from Phoenix next week.

The best,

Marc
