Richard,

Wasn't the ore pile originally the tailings from the original turn of the century mine? If that is the case, then when the level of Au dropped to the level of the tailings, or slightly over, then the mine would have shut down. This would mean that the rest of the mine site could have at least the same levels of pgm's as the ore pile. But what do I know?
