I think right now PUG is being dragged UP by ACA! That's OK. Maybe some PUG stuff will drag ACA up ,too, one day. Cheers Violetta

Denis, I am surprised no-one has said more about the proposed share issuing: To authorize the directors to issue up to 31,374,033 common shares by way of private placements during the next twelve months. That 31,374,033 shares proposed to be issued in just 12 months is equal to 156,870,165 shares Pre-rollback (5:1)! There's currently only about ?26mil shares OS, post consolidation. Dilution Don strikes again, with a vengeance. Mind you, the rotten market conditions don't help. Certainly losing ownership percentage with each passing day! regards, -j :>
